We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn shoes in their original packaging. Exchanges are free, while returns for a refund may be subject to a small shipping fee depending on your location.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the domestic US. International shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 10-21 business days.
Are Lems shoes vegan-friendly?

We recommend hand washing with warm water and mild soap, then air drying away from direct heat. We do not recommend machine washing or drying as it can damage the materials and shape.
