Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or save it for later.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
